The MSC’s radio phone-in show -”Lions Live”.
On tonight’s show we talk to John ‘Grandad’ Butler famous Lions supporter since 1945 who is renowned for his raucous singing, leading the chants at the Den on the CBL. Everybody rallies to his stirring cries of “give us an Mmmmmmmmmmm”.
We will also speak to Chris Bethell about the 3rd dockers day featuring Gordon Jago’s team and the players that he has invited.
In the second half of the show we have chief scout and former manager, Bob Pearson, who had an association with the club for more than 37 years and signed such players as Teddy Sherringham, Richard Sadlier, Neil Harris and Tim Cahill to name but a few.
