Lions Live 14/15 Ep11: Joe Gallen, Johnny Garton and Jack Powell

Tonight's show is a packed edition as the studio panel interviews Joe Gallen Millwall's former assistant manager who now returns to The Den with Kenny Jackett and his new team Wolves on Saturday.
Johnny Garton the boxer who supports The Lions also appears and Jack Powell Millwall's very promising midfielder chats to the studio panel about his hopes for the future. Next Tuesday's game against Wigan is also previewed --Don't miss it!

Lions Live 14/15 Ep 10: Simon Cox and Byron Webster

A shorter show this week as the team came on air early to give Lions fans a chance to watch the England game which was also being played this evening.
 
The first guest was Simon Cox, who last season completed the 92 plus 1 challenge. Simon is taking part in the Four Countries challenge on Oct 15th. You can find out more and donate at fourstadiumchallenge.co.uk
 
The team also chatted to new centre back Byron Webster and found out how he reacted to being subbed in his first start after 26 mins and what Ollie told him in the summer which convinced him Millwall should be his new home.

Lions Live 14/15 Ep 9: Steve Claridge and Mark Beevers

After a disapointing two losses against Huddersfield and Birmingham and only 1 point from the last 15 the team sat down to try and figure out what exactly was going wrong with Millwall, continued arguments about formation and playing players in the correct position.

 
Steve Claridge joined in the first hour and talked about Championship finances and how Millwall cannot be expected to compete with most of the league who are on Premiership parachute money or double the crowds at The Den.
 
Goalscoring centre back Mark Beevers came on in the second hour to chat goals, confidence and chips & gravy!

Lions Live 14/15 EP8: John Berylson and Jimmy Abdou

This is another not to be missed show as the studio panel interviews Millwall Chairman John Berylson in the first hour and star midfielder Jimmy Abdou in the second hour.

Lions Live 14/15 EP6: Peter Garston and Scott McDonald

Coming out of the international break the team looked ahead to two tough away games at Ipswich and Reading.
 
First up on the show was re-elected Fan on the Board Peter Garston who gave some insight into how the board at Millwall work, and how Ollie gets no interference from above.
 
In the second hour Lions Live Player of the Month Scott McDonald came on and talked to the team about his new role as a supporting attacker, how he has to trust his teammates more, and how he would love to get 9 points from the next 3 games!

Lions Live 14/15 EP5: Scott Fitzgerald and Gordon Hill

Tonights show was all about youth! Scott Fitzgerald joined the team in the first hour to talk all things Academy related at Millwall, about players cracking the first team and what traits he looks for when evaluating young players coming through the system.

In the second hour former Lion Gordon Hill came on to promote his book Merlin and ask why England finds itself so far behind in developing young footballing talent.

The Lions Live Player of the Month results were also exclusively revealed: 3rd: Shaun Williams, 2nd: Alan Dunne but 1st by a long way was Scott McDonald.

In the second hour Keith Stevens, back in the country for a few weeks talks about Millwall in the past, what games he lived for, what he thinks of the current side and why money can't replace the memories he has of his time at The Den.

Lions Live 14/15 Ep 3: Andy Ambler, Jim Lucas and Paul Robinson

On this weeks Lions Live the team were joined in the studio by Andy Ambler for the first hour, who was answering questions on improvements at The Den, Financial Fair Play and trying to control Ollie, amongst other things.

In the second hour former Southwark News man Jim Lucas gave an insight into Tuesday's cup opponents Southampton, and then the team caught up with Paul Robinson on his loan to Portsmouth and if he sees his future at Millwall or elsewhere.

There was Here's Georgie, Ted's Prediction Game and Graeme's Who What Where When (which stumped more than a few!).

This week on Lions Live the team caught up with new signing Lee Gregory and asked how he is settling in to life in London and football in the Championship, and also tried to find out what his goal target for the season is!

In the second hour former Lion Tony Witter came on to talk about the Cup run of 94/95, his thoughts on football development, and just what the two Russians did at Millwall!

There was also the usual fun and games, looking back on a week with two wins and looking ahead to two tough away games at Fulham and Sheffield Wednesday.
